Job Description

  • Provide high-quality customer service to US Telecom (Verizon) customers via voice and chat channels.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
  • Resolve issues related to account management, billing, service requests, and technical support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Work in rotational night shifts and weekends as per business requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on products, policies, and procedures.
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall efficiency of the support team.
