Job Description
- Provide high-quality customer service to US Telecom (Verizon) customers via voice and chat channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
- Resolve issues related to account management, billing, service requests, and technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Work in rotational night shifts and weekends as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on products, policies, and procedures.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall efficiency of the support team.
