Power systems Engineer Network/Transmission

Role & Responsibilities

• Customize and deliver Energy Management Systems, preferably e-terra AEMS – Reliance, for utility and transmission operators.
• Design, develop, test, integrate, and tune power system application software for real-time and mission-critical environments.
• Work with Electric Utilities, ISOs, and TSOs on functional specifications and solution development.
• Perform coding using C++, Java, C, SQL, and shell scripting for EMS applications.
• Install and configure operating system patches, Oracle databases, NetApp components, and other third-party software.
• Analyze logs, debug files, and troubleshoot system issues in live customer environments.
• Manage system configuration using GitHub and ClearCase.
• Support system administration across Linux and Windows operating environments.
• Ensure timely delivery of technical solutions aligned with project commitments.
• Provide documentation and work closely with cross-functional engineering teams.
