Power systems Engineer Network/Transmission

Role & Responsibilities

• Customize and deliver Energy Management Systems (EMS), particularly e-terra AEMS – Reliance, for utility clients and system operators.
• Work with Electric Utilities, ISOs, and TSOs on solution specifications, system design, coding, and testing.
• Perform integration, performance tuning, and deployment of EMS applications.
• Conduct system-level troubleshooting, debugging, log analysis, and issue resolution on live/mission-critical systems.
• Install operating system patches, Oracle databases, NetApp components, and other third-party software.
• Develop applications using C++, Java, C, SQL, and shell scripting.
• Configure and manage systems using Linux and Windows environments.
• Manage version control and system configuration using GitHub and ClearCase.
• Support real-time power system applications, database updates, and system enhancements.
• Provide technical documentation, analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
