Power Platform Developer

Responsibilities:

• SharePoint Online Customization: Leverage good experience in SharePoint Online customization and utilize out-of-the-box features within M365.
• Power Platform Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with extensive hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
• SharePoint Form Customization: Customize SharePoint Online list forms effectively using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Dataverse Management: Work with Dataverse tables, security roles, and groups to ensure data integrity and access control.
• JSON Formatting: Apply experience in JSON formatting, including list formatting and column formatting, for SharePoint Online's out-of-the-box features.
• Environment & Solutions Management: Apply good knowledge about the Power Platform environment and solutions, including deployment strategies.
• Custom Connector Development: Develop and configure custom connectors to extend Power Platform capabilities.
• PCF & Reusable Components: Develop PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and other reusable components, demonstrating hands-on experience.
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx): Utilize hands-on experience with SharePoint out-of-the-box features, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and PnP web parts.
• Power BI Basics: Possess basic knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Agile Methodology: Work proficiently in Agile (Scrum) project methodologies, actively contributing to sprint cycles.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across different disciplines, groups, and teams.

Required Skills:

Primary Skill Set:

• Good experience in SharePoint Online customization and out-of-the-box features (M365).
• Extensive and hands-on development experience in Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
• Experience in customizing SharePoint Online lists forms with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience working with Dataverse tables, security roles, and groups.
• Experience working in JSON formatting including list formatting, column formatting etc. in SharePoint Online (out-of-the-box features).
• Good knowledge about the Power Platform environment and solutions (including deployment).
• Knowledge in developing and configuring custom connectors.
• Hands-on experience in developing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and other reusable components.
• Hands-on experience in TypeScript and React JS.
• Hands-on experience in SharePoint out-of-the-box features, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and PnP webparts.
• Good knowledge in React JS and TypeScript.
• Basic knowledge on Power BI.

Secondary Skill Set:

• Experience in integration with 3rd party systems (e.g., SAP etc.).
• Installation and configuration of data gateways.
• Data Migration experience.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud technologies (Functions, Logic Apps, AD).

Good To Have:

• Power Platform (PL-400), M365 and Azure certifications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Proficient working in Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.
• Experience working across disciplines, groups, and teams.
