Power BI Executive

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources like Excel, SQL Server, SAP - HANA, and other ERP systems.
• Optimize existing dashboards and improve performance.
• Work closely with departments like Sales, Finance, Production, and Inventory for report generation.
• Provide user-level support and troubleshooting for Power BI-related issues.
• Ensure data security and user-level access control.
• Maintain data refresh schedules and ensure uptime of reports.

1. Dashboard Development & Timely Delivery Develop and deploy dashboards as per requirements.
2. Data Accuracy & Validation Ensure data integrity and validate output with relevant teams.
3. User Support & Training Provide training and support to users on report access and interpretation.
4. Automation of Reports Replace manual Excel-based reporting with automated Power BI dashboards.
5. Performance Monitoring Regular review and enhancement of report speed and accuracy.

• Number of reports/dashboards created monthly.
• Average turnaround time for report creation.
• Data accuracy rate (% of error-free reports).
• % of manual reports automated.
• User satisfaction rating from internal stakeholders.
• System downtime or data refresh failure incidents.

Qualifications & Skills:Graduate in Graduate

• 1-3 years of experience in Power BI report development.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• ERP system data handling experience is a plus.
