Good to have skills:

• Experience with SQL, REST API, Azure Data platforms is an advantage

• At least 2+ years of hands-on Power BI experience
• At least 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• At least 2+ years of experience working within IT Infrastructure
• Experience with SQL, REST API, Azure Data platforms is an advantage
• Strong ability to visualize data to 'tell a story', ability to choose most informative design for data visualization
• Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
• Ability to communicate in English effectively both orally and in writing
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in diverse multicultural environment across different time zones
• Ability to clearly communicate expectations to stakeholders
• Proactiveness and collaboration
