Power BI

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI Desktop & Server
• Working experience in commercial and regulatory reporting
• Experience in building BI solutions and knowledge of data analysis techniques and best practices
• Working experience with MSBI tools and Power BI
• Effective spreadsheet modeling skills
• Adept in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports as per business requirements
• Developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop
• Advanced SQL writing skills with strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models
• Extensive knowledge in various reporting objects including facts, attributes, hierarchies, transformations, filters, prompts, calculated fields, sets, groups, parameters, graphs, forecasts, etc., in Power BI
• Must have used geo codes for map layout
• Extensive knowledge in using action filters and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions
• Good knowledge of Tableau functions such as date, string, and numeric functions
• Experience gathering and refining requirements
• Good statistical and analytical knowledge
• Excellent analytical, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills

You'll Bring This to the Table:

• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Power BI dashboard development and MSBI (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS)
• Strong SQL writing skills
• Knowledge of Python and R will be an advantage
