• Understand automation requirements, design, implement and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to eliminate manual tasks and streamline operations. 
• Create approval workflows, notifications, scheduled flows, and event-based automations.
• Develop and manage child flows, reusable flows, and creating custom connectors for APIs.
• Interacting with UI elements and web interfaces.
• Integrate workflows with Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Azure services, and third party applications.
• Monitor flow performance, handle failures, and optimize automation efficiency.
• The automations cover compliance controls, monitoring, custom requirements etc.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team on PA/PAD related automations.
