Power Apps

The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for creating and maintain custom SharePoint applications, web parts, workflows, and integrations to meet the unique needs of the organization. This role requires expertise in SharePoint development and other O365 applications, as well as a strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions, including intranet portals, document management systems, collaboration sites, and business process automation workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, analyse needs, and propose technical solutions that leverage SharePoint capabilities.
• Develop custom web parts, page layouts, and master pages using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, or other development tools. Implement and configure SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and metadata to support business processes and information management requirements.
• Develop custom workflows using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Flow, or third-party workflow tools to automate business processes and streamline workflows.
• Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications, including Microsoft Office 365 applications, CRM systems, ERP systems, and custom line-of-business applications.
• Develop custom solutions using SharePoint APIs, RESTful web services, JavaScript, jQuery, and other programming languages and frameworks.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions. Troubleshoot and debug issues in SharePoint solutions, providing timely resolutions and recommendations for preventive measures. Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices in SharePoint development, and evaluate their applicability to the organizations needs. Document technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation details to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, IT administrators, and other stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e. g. , Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer) are a plus.
