Post Merger Integration

Key Deliverables:

• Lead post-merger integration of AR, AP, billing, and cash application processes
• Develop and execute integration plans aligned with strategic financial goals
• Implement automation and controls across financial operations
• Ensure timely and accurate financial transition and reporting post-acquisition

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between finance, brokers, insurance carriers, and internal teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during financial integration projects
• Ensure compliance with U.S. market practices and standards
• Support night shift operations with strong leadership in hybrid work settings
