Job Description

  • Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck.
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in recreational activities and areas.
  • Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies.
  • Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility.
  • Inform supervisor/manager if guests cannot safely participate in activities.
  • Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
  • Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Follow company policies and procedures; maintain uniform and personal appearance.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print).
