Key Responsibilities

• Research and stay updated on local, national, and international political developments.
• Write clear, accurate, and engaging political articles, opinion pieces, editorials, and blog posts.
• Create content tailored for multiple formats — long-form articles, short news briefs, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Analyze political trends and provide commentary that adds value to readers.
• Collaborate with editors, journalists, and graphic designers to publish high-quality content.
• Ensure all content is fact-checked, unbiased, and adheres to editorial standards.
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
• Monitor audience feedback and engagement metrics to improve content strategy.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for political campaigns or awareness programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a political writer, journalist, or analyst (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong grasp of political systems, public policies, and current affairs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging style.
