Job Description

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT service delivery support or project management office (PMO) functions
  • Expertise in Revenue/Cost Forecasting using ADL and FAM (Horizon)
  • Handling PO creation and tracking for Subcon / CCOW and NTCOW
  • Managing Change Requests and demand lifecycle including creation, tracking, and fulfillment
  • Project tracking for application development projects
  • Generating and maintaining reporting at Account, Program, and Project levels
  • Managing Account Onboarding / Start-up activities
  • Handling invoicing and accounts receivable (AR) tracking
  • Coordination with Hiring Managers (HMs), candidates, and Talent Acquisition (HR) teams
  • Managing new resource onboarding and exit processes
  • Performing ad-hoc activities as required with a time-bound delivery structure
