PMO Finance Analyst

Role description:

• The role involves managing financials for various IT service contracts
• Managing financials includes:
• Processing and Tracking annual renewal POs
• Invoice approval in tool
• Tracking PO consumption
• Validating invoices – resolving billing issues if any
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Monthly reporting to service managers
• Work with Service managers to identify savings/optimization opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the budgeting process/automate reports.
• Someone with Accounts Payable background with working knowledge of Ariba and SAP
• Understanding of Accounts Payable upstream process - impact on P&L
