Platform Operation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily technical operations, including application monitoring, updates, and support for Nasdaq services.
• Respond to and resolve production incidents for both internal and external customers.
• Implement and manage process automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Install application updates, manage operational documentation, and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed Nasdaq teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and reliability.
