Job Description
- Manage and supervise daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines
- Implement lean manufacturing, cost control, and continuous improvement practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when needed
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Develop and manage plant budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization
- Lead and mentor departmental heads and foster a culture of performance and accountability
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Handle audits, statutory inspections, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies
