Job Description

Plant Administration & Facilities Management

  • Oversee maintenance of plant infrastructure including buildings, utilities, roads, and amenities.
  • Manage essential services such as security, housekeeping, transport, guest houses, medical facilities, and cafeterias.
  • Supervise vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage non-production assets including vehicles, office equipment, and furniture.
  • Develop and control annual budgets for administration and liaisoning functions.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee welfare, township management, and IR-related administrative support.

Statutory Compliance & Safety Administration

  • Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, Environmental Regulations, Fire Safety Norms, and other statutory requirements.
  • Obtain, renew, and maintain licenses such as Factory License, Pollution Control Consent, Fire NOC, Boiler License, etc.
  • Support safety audits and manage compliance documentation.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits related to compliance and administration.
