Job Description
Plant Administration & Facilities Management
- Oversee maintenance of plant infrastructure including buildings, utilities, roads, and amenities.
- Manage essential services such as security, housekeeping, transport, guest houses, medical facilities, and cafeterias.
- Supervise vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Manage non-production assets including vehicles, office equipment, and furniture.
- Develop and control annual budgets for administration and liaisoning functions.
- Coordinate with HR for employee welfare, township management, and IR-related administrative support.
Statutory Compliance & Safety Administration
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, Environmental Regulations, Fire Safety Norms, and other statutory requirements.
- Obtain, renew, and maintain licenses such as Factory License, Pollution Control Consent, Fire NOC, Boiler License, etc.
- Support safety audits and manage compliance documentation.
- Facilitate internal and external audits related to compliance and administration.
