Plant Head

We are seeking a Plant Head to take charge of all plant operations, ensuring top-tier performance in production, quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a leader who can manage cross-functional teams, implement continuous improvement, and meet all business targets and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch.
• Ensure the achievement of production targets, cost optimization, and timely delivery.
• Implement best practices in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Drive strict adherence to quality standards, health & safety norms, and statutory compliance.
• Lead manpower planning, training, and development to build a strong and motivated workforce.
• Ensure proper inventory management of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and corporate teams for seamless operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM) to enhance operational excellence.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource utilization effectively.
• Represent the plant in audits, client visits, and ensure adherence to customer requirements.

Skills Required

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plastic extrusion, injection molding, or similar processes relevant to pipes & bath fittings.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and plant operations.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
