Placement Officer

Job Description

AimNxt Technologies LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placements Officer to support student placements by sourcing recruitment opportunities from companies. This role involves daily field work, corporate outreach, and building strong industry connections to ensure placement opportunities for our students. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Source and onboard companies for student recruitment and placement drives 

• Visit corporate offices, HR departments, and recruitment agencies regularly (field work) 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, recruiters, and industry partners 

• Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment processes 

• Understand company hiring requirements and align them with student skill sets 

• Maintain records of company visits, recruiter feedback, and placement outcomes 

• Report to the office every morning and proceed for scheduled field visits 

• Collaborate with internal training and academic teams to improve placement outcomes 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred) 

• 4+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or business development 

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 

• Willingness to travel extensively for field work 

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and corporate hiring needs 

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently 

• Familiarity with the Hyderabad corporate ecosystem is a plus
