• Identifying new companies, establishing connections, and managing new tie-ups.
• Inviting various organizations for Placement & Internship opportunities.
• Conducting market research based on student specializations.
• Matching student profiles with suitable industries for internships and placements.
• Developing relationships with HR Heads and top corporate professionals.
• Networking and establishing contacts with businesses across India.
• Designing innovative operating procedures and templates for program implementation.
• Maintaining and verifying employer databases, student data, and generating relevant reports.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Demonstrated work experience of 1 year+ preferably in HR, Manpower Hiring, or the Education Industry.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with corporate entities.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and MS Office.
• Ability to extract and analyze data from various platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and
• Company Websites.
• Graduates/Post-Graduates from a certified institute/university.
