Placement Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Placement Executive to manage the end-to-end placement process for our graduates. This role is crucial for building strong employer partnerships and ensuring our students successfully transition from training to employment. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with strong organizational skills, dedicated to preparing our graduates for the job market and achieving our placement goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong employer partnerships to identify and secure job opportunities for our graduates.
• Manage the full placement process, from initial employer contact to the final job offer.
• Prepare graduates by assisting with resume building and conducting mock interviews.
• Track and maintain all placement data, reporting on progress and key metrics regularly.
• Act as a liaison between employers and graduates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
