Piping Engineer

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Ensure quality of work as per specifications and relevant quality standards.
• Assess project status, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Review piping and instrumentation diagrams (PIDs).
• Select appropriate materials for piping systems based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with structural engineers to integrate piping systems with structural elements, ensuring compatibility and structural integrity.
• Create technical reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-12 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Piping.

Special Requirements:

• Must have experience in piping, specifically ASME B31.3 standards.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of piping and structural integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in piping engineering with strong knowledge of ASME B31.3 standards.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to piping projects.
