Ping Federate IAM Consultant

Education Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least 10- 12 years of experience with Information Technology.

Knowledge and Skills:

• He/She should have experience & capabilities to lead the technical solutions for mid to large level IT programs.
• Good in Customer orientation by understanding the Requirement gathering and interpret nicely to the offshore team.
• Experience in designing, solutioning and architecting IAM solutions plus effective product vendor communication
• Experience in converting business requirement into technical specifications, excellent designing
• Should have good hands on experience with System Integration for Oracle Identity & Access Management solutions of Ping Identity products.
• Review the IT artifacts and guide the team in accordance to the industry best standards.
• Leads through thought leadership, responsible for providing strategic direction to the Project, business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Sets vision and provides strategic direction and thought leadership to the group in the Program/Project
• Maintains key the relationships with clients and interacts with clients for Project execution and new business initiatives.
