PHP Team Leader

We are seeking a PHP Team Leader to join our dynamic team and drive performance through effective leadership and motivation. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of PHP developers to achieve performance targets.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
• Monitor team progress, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a positive and collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, clients, and vendors.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members.
