PHE Engineer - Aviation

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out detailed engineering design for piped water supply and above/below ground drainage, including preparation of layouts, schematics, and details.
• Perform engineering design for public health and fire protection systems (layouts, schematics, schedules, specifications, and details).
• Draft technical schedules and specifications for plumbing and fire protection services.
• Ensure services and project work are completed within deadlines and budget requirements.
• Review and critically assess building services documentation (drawings, calculations, specifications) at all design stages, from concept to construction.
• Provide valuable design input and technical guidance across project phases.
• Design sustainable plumbing and fire protection systems with strong knowledge of hydraulics, piping systems, pumps, and equipment.
• Collaborate with architects, structural, electrical, and civil engineers to ensure coordinated project delivery.
• Contribute to delivering large and complex projects, including airports.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years' experience in building services design engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven expertise in plumbing and fire protection system design.
• Strong working knowledge of Indian Standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Broad building design knowledge across a wide range of projects.
• Excellent Excel skills (including use of macros).
• Mechanical engineering expertise with good understanding of electrical concepts and their impact on projects.
• Awareness of multidisciplinary collaboration (architecture, structural, civil engineering).
• Ability to take responsibility in a team-based environment while working independently when required.
