pharmacy Production Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Production Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy production unit to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and supervise production staff to optimize performance and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to throughout the production process.
• Coordinate with quality assurance and regulatory departments to ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, and order supplies as necessary to maintain production flow.
• Provide training and support to staff on production processes and safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with production planning and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
