Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, or a related field.  
• 8+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on Pharma R&D and IT integration.  
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).  
• Strong knowledge of Pharma R&D processes, including clinical trials, data management, and regulatory compliance.  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
