Pharma Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Account Management

• Open doors and build access in pharmaceutical companies.
• Drive non-validated business including utility filters, pre-filters, and pilot orders.
• Manage pilots, trials, and early-stage business initiatives.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with internal engineering and leadership teams to support business growth.
• Maintain CRM discipline and ensure accurate reporting of pipeline and progress.

Relationship Building & Strategic Selling

• Build strong relationships with pharma stakeholders, OEMs, EPCs, and plant managers.
• Create references and pipelines for future validated and strategic pharma business.
