Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and deliver personality development training programs for students, professionals, or corporate employees.
- Conduct workshops and interactive sessions on communication skills, public speaking, body language, grooming, time management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Identify individual or group training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
- Use creative teaching methods including role-plays, case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises.
- Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Prepare training materials, handouts, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills and personality development techniques.
- Maintain training records and prepare periodic progress reports.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience as a soft skills or personality development trainer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire diverse groups of learners.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
- Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
