Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and deliver personality development training programs for students, professionals, or corporate employees.
  • Conduct workshops and interactive sessions on communication skills, public speaking, body language, grooming, time management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Identify individual or group training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
  • Use creative teaching methods including role-plays, case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises.
  • Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Prepare training materials, handouts, and assessments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills and personality development techniques.
  • Maintain training records and prepare periodic progress reports.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a soft skills or personality development trainer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire diverse groups of learners.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
  • Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
