Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules efficiently
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure smooth execution
  • Documentation: Prepare accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and track follow-up on action items
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between the MD and internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Presentation & Reporting Support: Assist the MD in preparing presentations and reports
