Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) by managing their schedule, calendar, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events on behalf of the COO while ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar role or as a personal assistant to senior executives.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to draft emails, letters, and reports effectively.
  • Proficiency in calendar management tools such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong task management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
