Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management
• Manage the CMD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
• Ensure efficient time management by prioritizing appointments and commitments.
Travel Coordination
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including air ticket bookings and travel itineraries.
• Coordinate logistics related to business trips and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Meeting & Event Coordination
• Organize and coordinate personal and official meetings, appointments, and events.
• Ensure all meeting requirements and documentation are prepared in advance.
Administrative & Documentation Support
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
• Draft professional emails, correspondence, and official documents.
• Provide general administrative and executive support to the CMD.
Communication & Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for follow-ups and information sharing.
• Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination across departments.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain a high level of integrity while managing executive communications and documents.
