Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Office Management

  • Manage the Chairman/MD's calendar and schedule meetings, conferences, and interviews.
  • Maintain office systems, databases, filing systems, and visiting card directories.
  • Draft letters, circulars, and official communications independently.
  • Prepare MIS and periodic reports as required by the management.

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Accompany the Chairman/MD on official trips if required.
  • Organize events, functions, supplier meetings, customer seminars, and annual conferences.

Administration & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman/MD and internal teams or external agencies.
  • Ensure follow-up on delegated tasks and provide regular updates.
  • Participate in management review meetings, record MOMs, and circulate action plans for deviations.
  • Source relevant information on business, technology, and best practices for management.

Support & Team Coordination

  • Provide guidance to other assistants or support staff and monitor task completion.
  • Assist in personnel management, secretarial activities, and executive support tasks.
