We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and a passion for ensuring applications perform optimally under various load conditions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test plans and scripts for various applications
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement
• Analyze performance test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure performance testing aligns with project timelines
• Monitor application performance in production and identify any issues that arise post-deployment

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in performance testing and load testing
• Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Java, Python) for test automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins
• Knowledge of application architecture and web technologies (HTTP, REST, SOAP)
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and logs to troubleshoot issues
