Performance Tester

 Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•   4+ years of strong hands-on experiences in performance testing.

•   Design robust Performance Test Strategies that will validate impact of changes to performance of individual applications as well as the consumer technology ecosystem.

•   Experience in Neoload, Loadrunner/Performance Test Center, Dynatrace or Appdynamics for performance monitoring

•   Performance testing for various protocols

•   Work closely with Vendor/Partner teams for execution of load tests based on software delivery/release schedule.

•   Review performance test results and ensure all aspects of infrastructure and application responsiveness are evaluated for delivery to production.

•   Design and implement automated Performance Testing in the CI/CD pipeline.

•   Define and implement post-mortem / root-cause analysis processes – develop improved testing scenarios based upon analysis.

•   Design and execute Performance tests to support Agile software Delivery.

•   Be able to demonstrate strong project management discipline and the ability to create metrics and metric visualization is necessary.

•   PowerPoint skills or equivalent presentation skills are needed.

•   Preferred Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math
