We are seeking a Performance Test Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance testing, with the ability to lead testing initiatives and provide valuable insights to enhance application performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing initiatives for various applications and systems.
• Design and execute performance test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications.
• Analyze performance test results and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure performance standards are met.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions to optimize application performance.
• Maintain performance testing tools and frameworks, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in performance testing or related fields.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and analysis techniques.
• Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Java, Python, or Groovy.
• Familiarity with application servers, databases, and cloud-based environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to sharing knowledge.
