Performance Test Engineer

• We urgently seek an experienced offshore Test Engineer (Performance).

Reporting to the Quality Engineering C4E PE Delivery Lead, this role will be responsible for:

• Working with a team of performance engineers, responsible for ensuring successful delivery of PE services to internal customers.
• Reporting to and aligning with the C4E PE Delivery Lead, and PE Delivery Lead prescribed governance practices.

To be considered, a candidate must have:

• Proven strong experience managing requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Proven experience developing test plans and reports and delivering outcomes to customers.
• Proven strong experience in technical innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proven strong experience in JMeter and related CI/CD frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent technical skills including coding and root-cause analysis.
• Experience delivering Performance Engineering in Agile and Waterfall environments.
