Job Description
- Ad Strategy & Planning
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on quality lead generation and ROI
- Plan and manage monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize results and minimize CPL and CPC.
- Design and implement full-funnel campaign strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance performance
- Suggest and implement improvements in ad copy and creative assets to boost engagement and conversions
- Audience Targeting & Research
- Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to identify and target high-value customer segments
- Brainstorm and test new audience attributes and targeting strategies to expand reach and improve lead quality
- Utilize AI-powered tools for campaign optimization, automated bidding, audience discovery, and ad creative generation to improve campaign efficiency and outcomes
- Stay updated on the latest AI advancements in digital advertising and recommend new tools or processes for adoption
- Create and present detailed performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align campaign messaging and creative direction
- Ensure compliance with Google and Meta advertising policies and best practices
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and event tracking
- Proficiency in campaign budget planning, bid strategy management, and performance optimization to improve CPL and CPC
- Experience with AI-driven ad optimization tools (e.g., AdCreative.ai, AdScale, Adzooma, Optmyzr) for automation and efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to suggest compelling ad copy and creative concepts
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred1
- Google Ads and/or Meta certification is a plus
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite
