Performance Marketing Manager
Job Description
Own and manage the overall performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across channels
Plan and allocate quarterly and monthly budgets across Google Ads, paid social, affiliates, and experimentation initiatives
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
Lead paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, X, and other relevant platforms
Build, scale, and optimise affiliate and partner marketing programs
Drive continuous A/B testing across ad copy, creatives, landing pages, bid strategies, and audience targeting
Monitor and improve key metrics including CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and channel ROI
Develop and present weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights
Collaborate with content, SEO, design, sales, and product marketing teams to improve messaging and conversion paths
Align paid acquisition strategies with GTM plans, product launches, and marketing calendars
Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and affiliate partners
