Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Plan, create, and launch new performance marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align creative assets and messaging with campaign goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure continuous performance improvement.
