About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join our team at Brandquake. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed a digital marketing course and are eager to build a career in performance marketing. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Work closely with the creative team for ad copies and creatives
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media

Requirements

• Completed a digital marketing course
• Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics
• Basic understanding of SEO and SEM
• Experience (internship or projects) in running ads is an advantage
