Performance Architect

Candidate's responsibilities:

• Develop, design and implement solutions that boost the performance of various systems and software.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize system design and performance of products.
• Monitor and track systems to ensure they are performing within defined SLA metrics.
• Suggest best approaches & provide guidance in giving the Solutions to the customer.
• Drive improvements in reporting and observability through data analysis and visualization.
• Guide the development teams in best practices for performance testing, measurement, and diagnostic techniques.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in performance engineering, design, and analysis activities in IT organizations
• Keyskills:- Splunk Enterprise (knowledge), Splunk Observability Cloud (knowledge), Python (knowledge), Loadrunner (Handson), Client side testing using Sitespeed.io or Lighthouse/Developer tools or other tools.
• APM tools expertise such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics or NewRelic.
• Hands on in POC, Solution designing; providing demo & presentation to the customer.
• Good to have programming knowledge and willing to adapt quickly.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant field of study
• Strong understanding of applications and infrastructure components like web servers, application servers, databases, and messaging systems.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps Tools, and test automation frameworks.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members on Performance Engineering and Testing best practices.
