Peoplesoft HCM Technical Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine (AE), Component Interface (CI), and SQL.
• Work with Application Packages and perform SQR development for reports and interfaces.
• Support Integration Broker configurations and API development for system integrations (good to have).
• Perform data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across environments.
• Optimize performance through Oracle SQL tuning and database optimization.
• Utilize CAPI for change and release management.
• Automate and manage backend processes using Unix or Python scripting.
• Participate in PeopleTools and Application Upgrades to ensure seamless system performance.
• Provide techno-functional support across PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules including:
• Core HR and Position Management (Mandatory)
• HR Administration (Mandatory)
• ESS/MSS Functionality (Good to have)
• Independently handle module-specific implementations with at least 3 completed projects in the above areas.
