Roles and Responsibility

• Provide support to the project team in troubleshooting server issues, space utilization, and application performance during PeopleTools upgrades.
• Manage code migrations in PeopleSoft using STAT and other tools.
• Document new features of the latest PeopleTools version 8.61.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on workaround solutions when needed.
• Identify dependencies and roadblocks, and escalate critical activities with leadership when necessary.
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

• At least 8 to 10 years of overall experience in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and PeopleTools.
• Experience in at least 2 or 3 PeopleTools upgrade projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with strong customer handling skills.
• Experience with Change Management tools like ServiceNow (SNOW) is recommended.
• A graduate degree is required.
