Job Title: Pega Developer (CSSA Certified)

Experience Required: 4 -11 Years

Locations: First Preference (Bangalore), Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Delhi NCR

Job Description:

· Design and develop Pega applications using best practices and coding standards.

· Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.

· Implement workflows, decision rules, and UI components within the Pega platform.

· Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

· Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

· Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

· Maintain documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 4 years of experience in Pega BPM development.

· Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and design principles.

· Hands-on experience with Pega versions 7.x, 8.x or later.

· Certified Pega CSSA or LSA preferred.

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
