Pega Architect Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, SMEs, and architects to understand pain areas and project requirements.
• Design and architect PEGA solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Create functional designs, construct class hierarchies, and define object models.
• Define test strategies and ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop roadmaps and provide technical leadership for PEGA project implementations.
• Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture, design, and coding.
• Mentor PEGA experts and conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Work across multiple projects to provide PEGA technical leadership.
