Job Description

Job Overview:

We are hiring for the position of Manager Payroll & HR Operations . The ideal candidate should have 15 20 years of experience in handling complete payroll and HR operations. The person must have excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, Macros , and payroll systems.

The candidate should be confident in managing salary processing, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), full & final settlements, and all HR operations like onboarding, exit, documentation, and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly salaries for employees
  • Manage PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances
  • Maintain accurate payroll data and employee records
  • Calculate and handle bonus, gratuity, HRA, LTA, and F&F settlements
  • Manage attendance and leave systems
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll and compliance inputs
  • Respond to payroll and HR-related employee queries
  • Generate salary slips, MIS reports, and payroll summaries
  • Ensure all payroll and HR policies follow government regulations
  • Oversee full HR operations including:
  • Employee onboarding & exit
  • Documentation & record keeping
  • Policy implementation
  • HR audits & compliance
  • HR MIS and reporting

Skills Required:

  • 15 20 years of experience in payroll and HR operations
  • In-depth knowledge of PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws
  • Expert in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Macros
  • Experience with payroll and HR software
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to manage end-to-end payroll and HR independently

Qualification:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred: HR, Commerce, or related fields)
