Patch Management Specialist Intune & SCCM

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deploy, and manage OS and application patching using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Design and maintain patch management strategies for Windows servers and endpoints.
• Schedule, test, deploy, and monitor monthly security and feature updates.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory patching standards.
• Troubleshoot patch deployment failures and remediate issues.
• Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and application teams for patch planning.
• Manage patching for remote and hybrid devices using Intune.
• Generate compliance, vulnerability, and patch status reports.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and patching runbooks.
• Support audits and security assessments related to patch compliance.
